U-19: Ukraine's national team draws in second match of Euro-2020 qualification

In a duel with the Slovenes, Oleg Kuznetsov's wards opened the account but did not keep the advantage.

In the second round of the qualifying round of Euro 2020 (U-19), the youth national team of Ukraine met with the team of Slovenia, which the day before drew with the hosts of the tournament - the Swedes.

The match for Ukrainians has started - there is no better. The first shot towards the gates of the Slovenes was effective. Voloshin took advantage of Mykhailo Mudryk's pass in the 4th minute. 1: 0.

But then the opponent became sharper, and our guys did not succeed in the attack. Oleg Kuznetsov's wards fired their next shot at Gril's goal in the 38th minute. By that time, the score had already leveled off. Urbancic scored in the 36th minute. And Voloshin's shot in the debut of the match remained the only one in the goal area of the Slovenian national team.

In the second half, both opponents began pragmatically, first of all, trying to secure their possessions. Yes, the first shot on goal in the second 45 minutes was made only in the 69th minute. Even Svetlin's attempt to hit the target was unsuccessful.

And the end of the fight was careful. Nobody wanted to take a risk. As a result, the match ended in a draw - 1: 1. Now everything will be decided in the last round, which will take place on November 19.
