Elena Kudzieva: “Belarusians prevailed due to their playfulness”
The Ukrainian WU-15 returned from Belarus, where it held two sparring sessions with local peers. IN the first a draw was recorded (0: 0), and in to another (0: 2) were stronger representatives of the neighboring country.
- It should be acknowledged that the result of the control matches was on the game, - said the head coach of our team Elena Kudzieva in a comment to the official website of the UAF. - Rivals prevailed due to the gameplay, which affected the control of the ball. In addition, I had to play on the artificial turf of the Minsk Dynamo arena. This was also in favor of housewives, who have the opportunity to train often on such coverage.
- Which players did you have the most complaints about?
- You know, before stopping my choice on those 18 football players who went to Minsk, I had to attend a lot of all-Ukrainian competitions. I think I selected the most skilled. But, unfortunately, in preparation for sparring, we held only one training session in Kyiv. Therefore, there were enough mistakes, especially at the end of the attacks.
- When do you plan to meet with your wards again?
- The fact is that my cooperation with girls of this age has so far been limited to these fights with the Belarusians. The best of them will be able to claim a place in the national team of Ukraine WU-17 next year. It is not by chance that Serhiy Sapronov, the leader of this national team, went to Minsk with us, and I think he took the most promising ones in pencil. I will have to start recruiting a new team, and I hope that we will hold the first training camp in early spring.
