Euro 2020. Tickets for fans of the participating countries will go on sale on December 4

Fans of 20 countries that have already qualified for Euro 2020 will be able to apply for tickets to the matches of their national teams, starting at 14.00 Central European Time on December 4 exclusively on the site EURO2020.com.

This was announced today at a press conference in Bucharest by UEFA Events SA CEO Martin Cullen.

Football fans from 20 countries will have until December 18 to choose their odds for the tournament, which celebrates 60 years since its inception and which will take place at one of the most famous football arenas on the planet - Wembley Stadium in London.

Fans of the four teams that will win the League of Nations playoff round will have the same option in the spring. They will be able to apply for tickets shortly after the end of these matches, which will be played between March 26 and 31.

UEFA has made every effort to ensure that tickets are not expensive. More than half of the "tickets" for all games will be in the cheapest price category (starting from 30 euros in Baku, Bucharest and Budapest and 50 euros in other host cities).

As in previous forums, national team fans will be able to apply for tickets for both the group stage match and the Follow my Team program, which will allow them to attend their national team's play-off match regardless of the venue. . If the team stops performing in the group stage of the tournament, fans will be reimbursed for the cost of tickets.

The current final round of ticket sales was preceded by an extremely successful general "sale" this summer, when between June 12 and July 12, as many as 1,5 million applications were received for the 19,3 million tickets offered! A total of 3 million tickets will be sold at the Euro match, 82% of which will be purchased by fans. 960 thousand tickets out of this number are allocated for fans of Euro-2020 countries.

By the way, those fans who were not lucky enough to buy tickets in the summer, will be able to fill out their applications from December 4 on the site EURO2020.com, even if their team is not in the final tournament.
