Ukraine's Futsal Team defeats Croatia in first of two friendly matches in Cherkasy

Today, in the first of two scheduled control matches, the Ukrainian futsal team defeated the Croatian team, sending three goals to its goal. 

In Cherkasy on the floor of the Palace of Sports "Builder" wards of Alexander Kosenko held the first friendly match against the national team of Croatia. With this match, our team began preparations for the elite round of the 2020 World Cup.

The Ukrainians started the game perfectly, opening the score already in the 2nd minute. Peter Soturma filed a corner, and Mikhail Zvarych punched in. After that the opponents exchanged dangerous attacks, but there were goalkeepers at the height. 

And in the 17th minute the blue-yellows doubled their advantage. And again - after the corner. This time Mykola Bilotserkivets took his chance. And in the next attack, the Croatian goalkeeper capitulated for the third time. Vladimir Razuvanov was ahead of him in the fight for the ball and hit the goal from a sharp angle - 3: 0.

In the second half, the pattern of the game changed. The Croats went ahead, trying to play anything. However, Yevgeny Ivanyak was just fine. At least three times he saved our team from inevitable, it seemed, heads. Only once did the Ukrainian goalkeeper prove to be powerless, and in the 37th minute Vedran Matoshevich reduced the backlog of the Croatian national team.

In the end, 3: 1 - the victory of the wards of Alexander Kosenko.

It will be recalled that the national team of Ukraine will compete for a ticket to the 1 World Cup in the elite round of selection on February 4-2020 in Nis, Serbia. Its rivals in Group B will be the teams of Spain, Serbia and France.
