On December 7, a methodical seminar for parents of young football players participating in the FA UAF championship was held at the UAF.

This event was one of the first held as part of the UAF Football Institute and NUFVSU.

All present were greeted by the chairman of the scientific council of the institute, first vice-president of UAF Oleg Protasov, who noted that the first educational event for parents will be not the last in the work of the institute: "We must create a wide educational field for our parents and partners in the education of respected members of our society. That is why we invite leading experts in the field of psychology to our seminars. And it was with the first seminar that we with great pleasure invited the head of the football department of NUFVSU, practicing coach, psychologist of the youth national team of Ukraine U-18 - Oleg Bayrachny. "

In his presentation, Oleg Bayrachny paid great attention to the issues of practical communication in the fundamental triangle "coach-parents-young football player".

The participants of the event, which, by the way, gathered about 100 people, listened to the information with great interest. A large number of questions on the merits of the report, which sounded in the format of the "main" time of the seminar and after it, in the so-called added time, in personal communication, raises reasonable hopes that the event seemed useful, interesting and informative. Thus, the first stone in the foundation of systematic work on creating educational programs for parents of young football players is laid. We are waiting for continued cooperation.

Parents were also given questionnaires in which they could answer questions and suggest their topics to the organizers for further seminars.
