Sergiy Lavrynenko: "The confrontation between Ingulets and Minai will be very interesting, both teams are betting on combination football"

Recently, the players of Ingulets and Minaya have been successfully playing on two fronts at once. By the will of the lot they will have to'make relationships with quarterfinals of the Cup of Ukraine.

- Our confrontation was to take place in Minai on March 4, - Ingulets head coach Serhiy Lavrynenko said in a comment to the UAF official website. - But, most likely, the date will be changed. The fact is that, unlike the elite division, the rivalry of the first league teams in the championship will resume on March 22, and in early spring both my wards and Minaya players will still be in the final stage of training in Turkey.

Now we are negotiating with my colleague from "Minaya" Vasyl Kobin on a new date of the match, which would suit both teams. Then the club management will apply to the Directorate for the Cup of Ukraine with a request to meet us. Finally, we must take into account the climatic conditions, because it is unknown in what condition the lawn of the stadium in Minai will be in March.

As for the match itself, the option with Minai is not the worst for us. Although I think that even the most ardent fans of the "citizens" did not expect from them last fall such a rise. It is rumored that the successful performance of Vasily Kobin's wards in the first part of the season inspired the club bosses to make adjustments, and the team is tasked to rise in the class. But this does not mean that Transcarpathians neglect to perform in the cup tournament. By the way, we have the same ambitious plans, so I am convinced that the confrontation will be very interesting, especially since both teams are betting on combination football.
