FIFA rating. The Ukrainian national team has shown the best result in the last six years!

The 2019 national team finished 24th in the FIFA ranking, which is the fifth result in the history of our national team.

In the last six years, it is the highest place that Ukraine has occupied in the FIFA ranking at the end of the year. Compared to the previous December figure, the team of Andriy Shevchenko, which won its Euro-2020 qualifying group, rose by four lines.

For the eighth time in a row, we start the new year in the top 50 best teams in the world. A record result for the year was recorded in 2006, when the national team of Ukraine under the leadership of Oleg Blokhin, who is currently co-chair of the Council for Strategic Development of Professional Football UAF, was on the 13th step of the register. And in the monthly ranking, Ukraine was once even on the 11th position (from February to May 2007).
