The White Church National Team wins in the anniversary tournament of memory of Viktor Kolotov and Yevgeny Rudakov
In the capital's sports complex NTUU "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Igor Sikorsky ”a tournament in memory of prominent domestic football players Viktor Kolotov and Yevhen Rudakov took place. The winner of the prestigious competition was the team of Bila Tserkva.
The organizers of the jubilee, 20th tournament, were the Association of Football Veterans of Ukraine and Agribusiness LLC.

New Year's Eve meetings of football teams have long been a tradition. Fierce battles in a wonderful sports palace, friendly communication, memories and plans for the future - the tournament in memory of Viktor Kolotov and Yevhen Rudakov has become an integral part of football life in Ukraine. Today it is a prestigious competition that has an interesting and rich history. And if during the first 18 draws the first place was traditionally shared by the capital's veteran teams "Dynamo", CSKA and "Intercas", in the last two seasons the geography of winners has expanded.
In 2019, four veteran teams were invited to take part in the competition: CSKA, Polytechnic (both Kyiv), Pyriatyn-Poltava Region and Bila Tserkva. The composition of the army was especially stellar - Vitaliy Reva, Eduard Tsikhmeistruk, Ruslan Kostyshyn, Konstantin Babych, Viktor Ulyanytsky, Volodymyr Bondarenko, Roman Pakholyuk and others, the team was led by the famous Volodymyr Lozynsky.
However, it was necessary to prove their superiority on the football field, and this is what the Bila Tserkva national team managed to do best on this festive New Year's Eve. Footballers from Pyriatyn stopped on the second step, CSKA on the third.

Veteran football has strong traditions in Bila Tserkva, next year we plan to hold local tournaments and apply for all-Ukrainian ones. "
Prizes and memorable awards were presented to the participants of the tournament by famous Ukrainian football players and coaches, vice-presidents of AVFU Andriy Biba and Volodymyr Muntyan, honored coach of the USSR, executive director of AVFU Vitaliy Kulibabenko. Words of gratitude, congratulations on the holidays, wishes of good health to everyone and peace to our country were heard.

We respect all veterans and do not tire of thanking them. This year, for the first time, the team from Bila Tserkva became the winner of the Kolotov-Rudakov tournament.
