Euro 2020. Important information about tournament tickets for Ukrainian fans

 

The official UEFA resale platform for tickets will be opened in March. It will allow fans to offer their resale tickets at face value through euro2020.com/tickets. The platform will provide the opportunity to: 

 

- buy tickets for matches if someone can't attend them;

 

- Sell your ticket if you can't attend the match.

 

The only exception is Follow my Team tickets, which will not be resold.

 

The ticket resale portal will open in March 2020 and will be accessible to football fans who purchased tickets in August 2019 or January 2020. It will allow fans to securely buy tickets from other fans through the official UEFA sales channel and eliminate the risk of purchasing invalid or fake tickets. 

Soon everyone who applies for tickets to our Euro 2020 team will receive an answer. Please note that if your application is successful, you will need to enter your bank card details and it will be debited immediately. Therefore, we advise you to make sure that the amount is available on the card in advance.

 

If the payment is declined, you will have the opportunity to try again with another credit / debit card or contact your bank. Payment will be made in euros at the rate at the time of its implementation. If you do not pay for all tickets (for all matches) that were provided to you by the deadline, your entire application will be canceled.

 

Please also note that according to UEFA rules, tickets cannot be returned, donated or played.
