Second League. Both Nyvae strengthen the rear and Polesie demonstrates a fighting attitude

After returning from vacation, the players of Ternopil's Niva were introduced to the new FC co-owner, Bohdan Fedorkiv, who was previously the president of the Agroniva football club, a bronze medalist of the regional championship.

Niva fans hope that thanks to the support of Bohdan Fedorkiv, Ternopil footballers will lose their financial problems and will be able to win a ticket to the first league. Meanwhile, Vasyl Malik's wards started at the Ernest Just Memorial and lost to fans from Lviv's High Castle - 1: 2.

Meanwhile, at another Niva, Vinnytsia, a council of coaches began to function, headed by a well-known specialist Volodymyr Reva, who until recently was the coach of the women's national team of Ukraine. Oleh Shumovytskyi, the manager of Niva, also joined it. The council will deal with the strategic development of the entire FC vertical - from the first team and youth team to local CYSS, with which cooperation agreements have been signed. By the way, Podolians have already played the first control match of this year: in Zhytomyr they played in the game with "Polissya" - 2: 0, but still were forced to capitulate, missing three times in a row.

Interestingly, Anatoliy Bezsmertny's wards, one of the leaders of Group A, lost in the course of the next sparring - with 19-year-old pupils of Shakhtar Donetsk, but thanks to the productive actions of Denis Golenkov and Yevhen Nemtinov they celebrated a strong-willed victory - and again with a score of 3. : 2. The Polissya footballers finished the first stage of training with a confrontation with Chaika (Petropavlivska Borshchahivka), in which they also proved to be stronger - 2: 0.

In turn, in "Uzhgorod" the new head coach Mykhailo Ivanytsia does not hide that in the selection work he will have to rely exclusively on the performers who play in the regional championship. A quartet of potential recruits who took part in three sparring matches is currently under review. First, Uzhhorod lost to first-league Minai - 1: 3, then defeated the doublers of the Slovak "Tatran" - 8: 0 and parted ways with another team from the neighboring country, "Kosice" - 2: 2.

As for the teams of group "B", the leader, "VPK-Agro", these days participates in the traditional tournament, where his rivals are amateurs, and in parallel holds sparring matches with the teams of masters of neighboring areas. In the last match Serhiy Solovyov's wards lost to the first-league "Miner-Sport" from Horishni Plavny - 1: 2. The closest pursuers of the team from Dnipropetrovsk region held their control matches with varying degrees of success. Kherson "Crystal" did not avoid defeat in Odessa from "Chernomorets" - 0: 5, and "Miner" declassed Novokakhovskaya "Energy" - 4: 1. With proper training, Kryvyi Rih residents with their selection of performers can still swing a place on the podium.
