The National School of Football Referees seminar was held in Kyiv

The First Seminar of the National Football Arbiter School Students' Second Seminar was held at the House of Football.

February 27 arbitrators for three hours took the FIFA test of physical fitness under the guidance of instructors of the UAF Referees Committee. After that, they started the theoretical training tasks, which consisted of a written test of knowledge of the rules of the game and a video test.

The seminar was held under the auspices of the Chairman of the UAF Committee of Arbitrators Luciano Luci, who conveyed his sincere congratulations to the young referees and wished to improve the indicators of physical and theoretical training for further progress. NSHFA head Serhiy Lysenchuk, lecturers Leonid Yarmolynsky and Serhiy Boyko spoke about modern interpretations of the rules of the game and the requirements of FIFA, UEFA and UAF for martial arts, hand games and simulations. Later, the students of the National School of Football Referee of the second year of study listened to a lecture on the interpretation of the situation "out of the game". The seminar also considered the procedure for appointing referees for the match: frequency, commission, rating, statements, etc.

Finally, the instructors, together with the NSFA arbitrators of the second year of study, summarized the seminar and analyzed the test results.
