The initiative of UAF to tackle the spread of coronavirus is supported in the regions

In the difficult situation that has developed in the country due to the spread of the virus Covid-19, Ukrainian Football Association took the initiative to assist medical professionals in their work, as well as providing all the necessary veterans of football.

Regional associations and other football organizations responded to this initiative.

Head of Chernihiv Regional Football Association Gennady Prokopovich held a working meeting with the General Director of the municipal non-profit enterprise "Chernihiv Regional Hospital", a member of the Executive Committee of the CHOAF Andriy Zhydenko and the medical director of the hospital Valery Chobitko to provide assistance in the work of the medical institution. An agreement was reached on the provision of road transport services for the regional association of employees of the medical institution, medicines and medical equipment.

Also by order of the CHAF chairman a coordination headquarters was established to assist veterans of football during the quarantine period.

 

Association of football of Dnipropetrovsk region launched a Challenge "Help a friend - overcome the risk of spreading coronavirus." As part of this action, veterans of Dnipropetrovsk football receive first aid in the delivery of food and medicine.

Keeps in touch with veterans of national football on a daily basis Ukrainian Football Veterans Association, responding if necessary and providing the necessary assistance - drugs, products, vehicles, etc. This program is spreading to more and more football veterans every day.

Kherson Regional Football Association set up a coordination headquarters to assist area veterans and medical professionals. The headquarters included HOAF chairman Andriy Gordeev, deputy chairman Volodymyr Volodin and executive director Alexei Krucher.

One of the first help from the established staff was a veteran of Kherson football, 81-year-old Yevgeny Polyakov.

The staff members also held a working meeting with the chief physician of the Kherson Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital. Gorbachevsky by Vladimir Mitkovsky. The meeting agreed on an action plan for transporting hospital staff who live outside the regional center or simply need it during quarantine.

In Odessa the regional football association launched a Challenge "Help a friend - overcome the risk of spreading coronavirus." Every veteran of Odessa football who needs urgent help in the delivery of food and medicine can apply to the OOFA.

In Ternopil region the regional association of football set up a coordination headquarterswhose task is to cooperate with state and local authorities in assisting in the fight against the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

 

She joined the initiative of the UAF and the Crimean Football Association. Coordination headquarters established to provide assistance to Crimean football veterans who currently live in the Kherson region and need support and protection during the quarantine period. 

Got it assistance from the Football Association of Crimea and Beryslav Central District Hospital of Kherson Oblast, which was provided with vehicles to transport medical workers so that they could provide quality and timely assistance to residents of Beryslav, Vysokopilsky, Novovorontsovsky and Velykooleksandrivsky districts.

In Zhytomyr region representatives of the regional football association agreed a plan of action with the Chief Physician of the Regional Clinical Hospital. AF Gerbachevsky Bohdan Leskov regarding the transportation of an association of employees of the institution for the time of quarantine by motor transport.

The ZHOAF also coordinates with district and city federations to provide assistance to football veterans of the Zhytomyr region who have reached a respectable age and need effective support and protection during the quarantine period.

In the Kirovohrad region, the decision of the administration of the regional football association was a coordination headquarters was established to assist veterans of football in the region. A calendar of visits to football veterans who need immediate assistance in the delivery of food, medicine, etc. for the period of quarantine has been drawn up. 

One of the first representatives of the staff visited Oleksandr Smychenko, who played for Zirka for 14 seasons.

The coordination headquarters also reached an agreement with the management of the regional oncology clinic to provide a comprehensive medical facility.

Khmelnytskyi Regional Football Association set up a response headquarters "Don't stay in trouble alone", which provides effective assistance and protection for football veterans during the quarantine period.

Delivery of medical staff to provide home care to veterans of Khmelnytsky football was organized. In particular, medical workers were transported to Serhiy Sapeshko, a well-known football player in the region, in the past - a player of the teams "Podillya" (Khmelnytsky), SKA (Kyiv), "Metalist" (Kharkiv).

 

Zakarpattya Regional Football Association made a decision on the establishment of a coordination headquarters to assist football veterans who have reached a respectable age and need effective support and protection during the quarantine period.

On the meetings of the chairman of the Football Association of Sumy region Andriy Prokhorovych and a representative of the health department of the regional administration discussed the issue of delivery of doctors and medical staff to hospitals. According to the agreement reached, the AFSO car will deliver doctors and medical workers to the Sumy Regional Specialized Orphanage.
