The Committee of Arbitrators introduces the distance learning of UAF arbitration professionals
During the crisis associated with the spread of coronavirus Covid-19, UAF Referees Committee and Arbitration Division developed and implemented actionable steps to further cooperate to provide training and continuous training for arbitration professionals and its observation.
During this indefinite period, the above-mentioned category of specialists are remotely offered to watch videos related to the interpretation and adoption of practical decisions during the refereeing of football matches (videos will be used from UEFA and UPL matches). The main goal is to maintain professional tone and achieve uniformity in the interpretation of episodes in the future.
On April 13-14, the third video conference was held with the participation of arbitrators and observers of the arbitration of the UPL and PFL competitions of Ukraine. For identified game episodes that cause certain difficulties and violate the system of uniformity of interpretations, all participants receive appropriate recommendations from UEFA and UAF on their assessment and further correct decisions in such episodes. The planned frequency of such classes is once or twice a week.
