UAF continues to assist physicians in the fight against the pandemic

The Ukrainian Football Association is still implementing the initiative of a close partnership with the Main Military Clinical Hospital. In particular, it is a transport logistics organization for hospital doctors who are now on duty and helping to heal our wounded advocates.

Every morning, UAF drivers pick up doctors from home and help them get to work, and in the evenings they take them home. An honorable mission, joined by regional associations in various regions of Ukraine.

We thank the doctors for their dedication and efforts to overcome the pandemic! And we wish all patients of our doctors a speedy recovery!

It should be reminded that, starting in mid-March, the program of assistance to physicians in the fight against COVID-19 has been implemented on the initiative of the President of the UAF Andriy Pavelko and with the support of regional associations and associated members of the UAF. Also representatives of the football community organize the delivery of food and necessities to football veterans in different regions of the country.

Before the calendar of the final tournament, date, time and place of each match UAF representatives visited The main military clinical hospital and handed over to the wounded soldiers personal protective equipment, utensils, food, treats, gifts, souvenirs, as well as essential household items for everyday use. Also medical facility 500 express tests on COVID-19 were submittedand on the eve of Easter the doctors and wounded defenders of our country received Easter cakes and food kits.
