The national team of Ukraine in cyber football will play with the finalist of eEuro at the European Nations Cup

On May 27 at 19.00 the national team of Ukraine in cyber football within the final round group round international online competition #StayHome European Nations Cup will meet the team of Serbia.

In the starting series of the tournament with Azerbaijan and Georgia, our gamers beat their opponents. Maksym Makson Andrasyuk did not leave any chances to Firuz Buksayev - 3: 0 and 6: 2, and Igor Ighor_8 Lyubchak organized a comeback in the confrontation with Georgian e-sportsmen - 0: 1, 4: 2 and 3: 2.

Currently, the Ukrainians will face the vice-champion of eEuro 2020, the national team of Serbia, which lost to the Italians in the eEuro final.

With the same number of points in the two rounds of the #StayHome European Nations Cup group round, Ukraine and Serbia share the first or second place of their quartet. So the last qualifying match is of fundamental importance for both teams!

And although the chances of reaching the next stage of the tournament have the two best teams of each group and two more teams that will take third place with the best results, neither the blue-yellows nor our Balkan rivals are going to concede.

It will be recalled that the #StayHome European Nations Cup tournament is held under the auspices of the Ukrainian Football Association at the initiative of the Federation of E-Sports of Ukraine and the European E-Sports Federation. Teams from 12 countries take part in it. The tournament is held in three disciplines - CS: GO, League of Legends and Pro Evolution Soccer (PES).

The eFootball national team of Ukraine in the PES discipline is represented by Vitalii Budb_proshe Lytvynov, Maksym Makson Andrasyuk and Ihor Ighor_8 Lyubchak.

Rivals of the blue and yellows in the group: Azerbaijan, Georgia and Serbia.

Group round format: three series of matches, each lasting up to two victories. Participants are awarded three points for winning the series, and zero for losing.

In the future, the teams will compete in a series of relegation to two victories, and the final confrontation will last up to three victories.
