The UAF has allowed regional associations to resume football competitions
The UAF Executive Committee held a meeting using the means of communication, following which it decided to resume regional competitions subject to receipt permits from local authorities and local governments.
The UAF Executive Committee decided:
- in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 20.05.2020 № 392 "On the establishment of quarantine to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, and stages of mitigation of anti-epidemic measures" - to allow the region football competitions to resume regional, district and city level football competitions in which no more than 50 people take part (except for competitions in which persons under the age of 18 take part), without spectators, in regions where anti-epidemic weakening is taking place measures, subject to obtaining the relevant approvals (permits) from local authorities and local governments and their approval of relevant recommendations for the organization of anti-epidemic measures during the organization and conduct of such competitions.
