Officially. The UAF Executive Committee decided to make temporary changes to the UPL Regulations

A meeting of the UAF Executive Committee was held with the use of means of communication, as a result of which a decision was made on temporary changes to the UPL Regulations.

Having considered the appeal of UPL № 118 dated 28.05.2020 regarding temporary amendments to the UPL Regulations, the UAF Executive Committee decided:

- for the duration of the Temporary Amendments to Rule № 3 of the Rules of the Game of Football in accordance with the IFAB circular dated 08.05.2020 № 19 to amend p. 1.1 art. 13 of the UPL Regulations, which provide for the possibility to include in the referee's report for UPL football matches and the Ukrainian Football Cup the names of no more than 20 football players (11 main and nine substitutes);

- for the duration of quarantine restrictions on the territory of Ukraine, aimed at preventing the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, to amend Part 1 of Art. 10 of the UPL Regulations, part 3.4., 3.6 st. 3 of the Regulations of stadium infrastructure and safety measures for football competitions, which give football clubs the right to hold home matches in stadiums outside the city of permanent location and state registration of the club by decision of the UPL Directorate and the Committee on Stadiums and Safety of UAF competitions. public authorities to hold football matches in certain regions of Ukraine.
