Ukrainian Cup. Mynai in the history of the tournament

On the eve of the Ukrainian Cup 1/2 final match Mynai - Dynamo we suggest to remember the previous performances of Zakarpattya club in the tournament.

For its short history, Minai, created in 2015, is holding only the second season in the Cup of Ukraine. And for the second time he overcomes a rather serious tournament distance. In the last draw, the debutant of the second league (and professional competitions in general) managed to knock out three more experienced opponents. And he stopped only after the meeting with Dynamo Kyiv.

Currently, Dynamo is again in the opponents' team from the village, which is a satellite of Uzhhorod. But this time not in the 1/8 finals, but in the semifinals. This is the highest achievement of "Minaya" at this stage of history. And it is worth noting that the young club managed to remove the scalps from "Volyn", "Lviv" (the first official victory over the UPL club) and "Ingulets" (finalist of the Cup of Ukraine last season).

By the way, the leader among cup scorers has already appeared in Mynai's biography. This is Robert Hehedosh, who even scored against Dynamo. After that, Mynai was leading in a score almost half an hour of playing time.
