Officially. Regarding the number of substitutions in Ukrainian Cup matches
The Ukrainian Cup holding directorate informs about the change of the allowed number of substitutions in the matches of the tournament.
Each team is allowed to use a maximum of five substitutes. Each team will have a maximum of three opportunities to make substitutions during the game; substitutions are also allowed during breaks between halves.
