Euro-2021 (U-21): UEFA has changed the dates of the final competitions
The UEFA Executive Committee, which was met by video conference by UAFA President Andriy Pavelko, a member of the UEFA Executive Committee, has decided on the matches of the 2021 European Youth Championship. U.
The qualifying tournament, which is currently underway, will end in September, October and November 2020. The nine group winners and the top five finishers will join the hosts of the final tournament, Hungary and Slovenia, in a group stage in which the teams will be divided into four groups of four. Matches of this stage will take place from 24 to 31 March 2021 in Hungary and Slovenia.
After that, the four winners of the groups and the four teams that finish second will receive tickets to the tournament, which will be held in the playoffs (quarterfinals and semifinals in Hungary and Slovenia and the final in Ljubljana) from May 31 to June 6, 2021.
The national team of Ukraine in qualifying group 8 has six matches left: with Malta away, Northern Ireland at home, Denmark and Finland away, Romania at home and Northern Ireland away.
Currently, Ruslan Rotan's team ranks fourth in the group.
