Exams for for the certificate of permanent intermediaries candidates will be held on July 17, 2020

On June 17, 2020, a meeting on the Players Status and Transfer Committee was held, at which the date and procedure for conducting examinations for a permanent intermediaries certificate and requirements for candidates were set. The exams will be held on July 17, 2020.

According to the developed procedure:

1. Exams are allowed to:

• Ukrainian citizens, who live in the territory of Ukraine for at least 3 years and have an impeccable reputation;
• citizens of another country with a certificate of temporary / permanent residence on the territory of Ukraine, who have lived on the territory of Ukraine for at least 3 years and have an impeccable reputation;
• citizens of another country who have lived on the territory of Ukraine for at least 5 years and have an impeccable reputation.

2. Legal entities have the right to obtain a certificate of permanent intermediary (PE) by obtaining a permit for each individual who will conduct their activities on behalf of the legal entity. Only such person (s) will have the right to officially carry out intermediary activities and sign on behalf of the legal entity the documents provided by the UAF Regulations on the activities of intermediaries.
3. In a time before 13 July A recognition of colleagues in 2020 the candidates must submit to the Examination Commission (House of Football, Office 312 or email) [email protected]) set the list of documents.
4. The commission decides on the admission of candidates to the exams and sets, if necessary, a date for an interview with the heads of legal entities (which informs the candidates directly).
5. In case of admission to the exam, the candidate provides the Commission with a confirmation of payment of the established mandatory monetary contribution.
6. At the exam, the candidate must have a passport.
7. The exam is conducted in the form of a test (in Ukrainian or Russian) with the ability to choose the answer from several options. The candidate must notify the Commission of the need to provide the test in Russian by July 15, 2020.
8. The questions are formed from FIFA, UEFA and UAF documents related to the activities of intermediaries.
9. The exam consists of 15 questions.
10. The minimum number of points required for passing the exams is 11. There is one point for each correct answer.

List of documents that a candidate must provide to the commission before 13 July 2020 .

For individuals-citizens of Ukraine:

1. Application.
2. A copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
3. Copy of a foreign passport (if available).
4. Copy of identification code.
5. Signed declaration of the intermediary (Annex №1 to the Regulations).
6. Autobiography.
7. Certificate of residence.
8. A copy of the employment record book (if available).
9. MIA certificate of no criminal record.

To be admitted to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer a mandatory monetary contribution of 30 hryvnias to the development of football to the UAF.

For individuals-citizens of another country with a temporary / permanent residence permit in the territory of Ukraine, residing in the territory of Ukraine for at least 3 years:

1. Application.
2. A copy of the passport of a citizen of another country.
3. A copy of the temporary residence permit on the territory of Ukraine.
4. Copy of identification code.
5. Signed declaration of the intermediary (Annex №1 to the Regulations).
6. Autobiography.
7. Certificate of residence.
8. A copy of the employment record book (if available).
9. MIA certificate of no criminal record.

To be admitted to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer a mandatory monetary contribution of 40 hryvnias to the development of football to the UAF. 

For individuals-citizens of another country, residing in the territory of Ukraine for at least 5 years: 

1. Application.
2. A copy of the passport of a citizen of another country.
3. Copy of identification code (if available).
4. Signed declaration of the intermediary (Annex №1 to the Regulations).
5. Autobiography.
6. Certificate of residence.
7. A copy of the employment record book (if available).
8. MIA certificate of no criminal record.

To be admitted to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer a mandatory monetary contribution of 55 hryvnias to the development of football to the UAF.

 For legal entities:

1. Application.
2. Written consent of the legal entity represented by the candidate.
3. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
4. Copy of a foreign passport (if available).
5. Identification code.
6. Signed declaration of the intermediary (Annex №1 to the Regulations).
7. The declaration of the head of the legal entity is signed (Annex №2 to the Regulations).
8. Autobiography.
9. A copy of the employment record book (if available).
10. Certificate of residence.
11. MIA certificate of no criminal record.
12. Brief information about the legal entity.
13. Charter and other registration documents of a legal entity.

Additionally, if necessary, interviews with the heads of legal entities are held on the results of which the decision on admission to exams is taken.

To be admitted to the exams, the candidate (or the legal entity on whose behalf he / she will carry out the activity) is obliged to transfer a mandatory monetary contribution of UAH 40 for the development of football to the UAF.
