The head coach of Poltava's Vorskla Yuriy Maksymov commented on the defeat of his team in the final of the Cup of Ukraine-2019/2020.

In the decisive match of the tournament Vorskla lost to Dynamo Kyiv in a penalty shootout. After the game, Poltava coach Yuriy Maksimov assessed the final result:

- Honestly, I feel sorry for the guys. I would not wish anyone to be in such a situation. It is clear that Dynamo was stronger. If the white and blues scored the second goal, I would not be so upset. And penalties are a lottery in which it is annoying to lose. Everyone tried, fought, for which I thank my wards, but luck was not on our side.

— You promised to release Isenko in case of a penalty shootout. Why didn't he end up on the field?

- There are 10 minutes left until the end of the match. Stepaniuk asked for a replacement, so we released Baenko. They released a defender on the field, although they could also change the goalkeeper. But there was still time, it is unknown how Isenko would enter the game. The butcher was fine, so we did not want to change it.
