SCC considered the case on the application of the Committee on Ethics and Fair Play of the UAF regarding the incorrect statements of the sports director of the PFL Moroz EV
According to the conclusion of the UAF Ethics and Fair Play Committee, the actions of PFL sports director EV Moroz revealed violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play, which were manifested, in particular, in the provision of comments to the media, questioning the legitimacy of football decisions.
As such actions damage the image of UAF and Ukrainian football in general, the UAF SCC, following consideration of the issue, decided to apply to the sports director of PFL Moroz EV sanction in the form of a warning and oblige him to refrain from further statements that may be considered as violating the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play.
