Ivano-Frankivsk Hurricane won the Ukrainian Futsal Cup for the second time in a row

In the final match of the Ukrainian Futsal Cup, Ivano-Frankivsk "Hurricane" in the penalty shootout was stronger than Kyiv "HIT".

Final of four tournaments was to take place in Severodonetsk, however, the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has made its adjustments. In the end, the decisive rounds was postponed to August 19-20, and the matches were hosted by the Palace of Sports "Youth" in Zaporozhye.

In the first semifinal "Hurricane" coped with the representative of Donetsk "DE TRADING", and in another match "HIT" in a series of penalties won champion of Ukraine "Prodexim".

In the final match, the teams exchanged goals in the first half, but did not score until the end of regular time. In the first extra time, "Hurricane" took the lead, but "HIT" quickly equalized. Later, a series of penalties proved to be stronger, in which Serhiy Zhurba's mistake was decisive.

As a result, Hurricane won the Cup of Ukraine for the second time in its history. The first victory of Ivano-Frankivsk celebrated last year.
