"Open football lessons" visited Dnipropetrovsk region

Open football lessons festivals, held in an adapted format in compliance with all anti-epidemic norms, visited the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The first project implemented with the support of the European Union was met by the Raivka community, where the festival was held in the village of Mykhailivka. Pupils of Mykhailivska, Novooleksandrivska and Tsyganivska schools got a lot of pleasure from joining the football movement and communicating in games.

The festival was opened by the chairman of Raivska OTG Yuriy Martynenko. It should be noted for the wonderful organization of the holiday the leader of local volunteers Andriy Strelchenko, the director of Mykhailiv school Vadym Safronenko, as well as a famous football activist from Synelnykiv Oleksandr Rodzin, who shared his experience in implementing this project.

The next location of the "Open Football Lessons" was the village of Vyshneve, Sofiyivska OTG.

Nine schools of the local community took part in the festival: Sofia basic school and its branches (Zaporizhzhya, Lyubimiv and Sofia), as well as Mykolayiv, Volodymyriv, Novoyliv, Kamyanka and Vyshneve schools.

A wonderful holiday for children was organized by the leader of volunteers Oleg Zaskoka, the head of the department of education of Sofia OTG Valentina Mazenko, the head of the Sofia district football association Alexander Aschaulov, the director of the Sofia center of creativity Julia Kolibaba. And the local project was opened by the head of Sofiyivska OTG Petro Segediy.

At the end of September, the wonderful sunny football weather "Open Football Lessons" was brought to the city of Pavlograd. The celebration was opened by the national coordinator of the project Yevhen Stolitenko, the executive director of the Football Association of Dnipropetrovsk region Yaroslav Derevyanko, the president of the Children's and Youth Football League of the region Roman Proshchenko and the chairman of the Football Association of Pavlograd Oleksandr Yermakov.

Eight Pavlohrad schools took part in the project activities: schools №№ 3, 6, 7, 12, 17, 20, NVK № 14 and a gymnasium with a boarding school.

Volunteer leaders Vladyslav Garifulin and Olena Yegorova gave a wonderful mood to the children. We will also note the help in the organization of a holiday of the methodologist on educational work of the Pavlograd city scientific and methodical office of Lyudmila Miroshnichenko.

All project participants in Dnipropetrovsk region received footballs, inventory and equipment from the Ukrainian Football Association.
