Throughout its history, the national team of Ukraine has met with the national team of Spain six times.

Only in the debut match of the rivals, the blue and yellows managed to win a draw. The rest of the matches were won by the Pyrenees, and in the last four meetings they left their goal intact.

So far, only three ex-players of the Ukrainian national team can boast of goals in matches against the Spaniards: Andriy Voronin, Oleksandr Gorshkov and the current coach of the blue-and-yellows Andriy Shevchenko scored in 2003.

We would like to add that Andriy Yarmolenko, Bohdan Mykhailychenko, Ihor Kharatin, Serhiy Sydorchuk, Viktor Kovalenko, Marlos, Viktor Tsygankov and Roman Yaremchuk have experience of meetings with the Spanish national team.
