Futsal Champions League. Potential rivals of Ukraine representative in the preliminary round determined

The composition of the baskets and the names of potential rivals of the teams in the draw of the previous round of the Futsal Champions League were determined.

As of the UEFA official website reports., all 46 participants of the stage were divided into six conditional groups, in each of which - two baskets. Kherson's Prodexim is in basket 4A, so according to the results of the draw it can play against Gentofte (Denmark), AEK (Greece), Fiorentino (San Marino) and Rosario (Northern Ireland).

As it was approved by the UEFA Executive Committee earlier, The Futsal Champions League of the 2020/2021 season will be held in the format of single playoff matches. The competition will end with the final tournament of eight participants, which will take place next year.

A total of 55 teams will participate in the Champions League. According to rankings nine teams directly reached the 1/16 finals, while the rest start from the previous stage. The Ukrainian Prodexim also joined the cohort of the latter.

The draw for the previous round will take place on October 27 (starting at 14.30 pm Kyiv time). The basic dates for matches of this stage are November 24-29 this year.

Previous round: November 24-29, 2020.

1/16 finals: January 12-17, 2021.

1/8 finals: February 16-21, 2021.

Final rounds: (quarterfinals, semifinals, final): April / May 2021.
