Second League. At the height of the season, Peremoha and Balkany were left without coaches
After the 12th round, two clubs resigned on the coaching staff. Andriy Parkhomenko left the Balkans after losing to Real Madrid's neighbors, and Yevhen Yarovenko stopped working with Peremoha during a performance break caused by an outbreak in the coronavirus team.
And the greatest attention in the next round was focused on the confrontation in Bilozir'e, where the neighbors from the leading group - "Cherkasy" and "Kryvbas" - clarified the relations. Opponents did not waste time on reconnaissance, from the first minute on the field there was a fierce struggle. In the debut, the home goalkeeper Denis Starchenko proved himself on the best side, parrying two dangerous shots of the guests from close range. However, it was a mistake of the Cherkasy region goalkeeper that helped Kryvyi Rih to take the lead in the 14th minute: Viktor Berko scored lightly towards the goal, it seems that Starchenko missed the moment of the shot and the ball dived between his legs into the net.
The desire to win back forced the hosts to adopt long passes and rely on home-made products during the drawing of standard provisions. In the 61st minute, stopper Dmitry Klimakov won a riding duel and adjusted the flight of the ball to the net. 1: 1.
Kryvbas was very anxious to score a winning goal that would allow him to lead a group of Metal's pursuers, but Starchenko managed to rehabilitate himself for his mistake, twice saving Cherkasy from trouble. Therefore, a draw was recorded in the match, which suited the competitors in group "B" more.
And in Group A, Uzhhorod won a crushing victory over the players of Lviv's Karpaty, who again turned out to be boys to beat. Among today's matches, the first match ended in Shchaslyvy, where Rubicon hosted Podillya. The hosts opened the scoring in their debut thanks to a well-aimed shot by Vadym Shutenko, but even before the break Podolyan managed not only to win back, but also to get ahead (Vladislav Prylopa and Yaroslav Shpykula scored). At the end of the match, Dmytro Prokhnya upset the Rubicon goalkeeper for the third time, and finally the home midfielder Yaroslav Annych hit his own goal. 1: 4.
Other teams from the leading group did not lag behind Podillya. Dinaz confidently overcame the resistance of Obolon-2 and continues to lead, while Epicenter proved to be stronger than its neighbors from Vinnytsia.
