IFAB has issued a new circular on player substitutions
At the annual IFAB meeting held remotely on 16 December, the organisation's board of directors decided to temporarily amend Rule 3 ("Players") and to test additional, non-returnable, "concussion substitutions" in case of suspicion of or due to the actual presence of concussion.
