Second League. Dinaz transfers, Kryvbas replenishment, Chaika selection

Footballers of the second league teams are still on vacation, but the selection work does not stop.

After a break of more than 15 years, veteran Serhiy Starenky, who defended the colors of Desna last fall, returned to Dinaz. When his contract expired, Chernihiv offered the experienced midfielder to stay and work with the youth team. However, the 36-year-old Starenky, who also plays for Oleksandriya and Lviv, decided to help Dinaz rise in the class. In the near future, his new and old team plans to participate in the Oleg Makarov Memorial, and the final stage of training will be held by Volodymyr Bondarenko's wards in Turkey.

Roman Korostyshevsky, Sviatoslav Grabchak, Oleksandr Bezpaly and Artem Marchenko left the ranks of Dinaz. It is important that one of the leaders, Yevhen Chepurnenko, will continue to play for Vyshhorod. Serhiy Ichanskyi has returned to action after a serious injury.

The club management is making efforts to ensure that the stadium in Demidov, where Dinaz holds home matches, meets the requirements of the first league. First of all, we are talking about increasing the number of seats in the stands. And Dinaz's competitors in the fight for tickets to the first division in group "A" will be "Epicenter", "Podillya", "Karpaty" (Halych) and "Uzhgorod".

No less fierce struggle for a place under the sun will take place in group "B". And if the leadership of "Metal" is not in doubt, then the second qualifying position is claimed by "Tavria Simferopol", "Metallurg" and "Kryvbas", whose ranks were joined by the first winter newcomer, midfielder Arthur Karnoza, who last fall played for the elite "Minai".

"Chaika" became one of the first teams of the second league, which on January 15 began preparations for the spring part of the season. Currently, there are 22 football players in the training camp in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, including seven potential newcomers.

It will be recalled that the next, 13th round of the second league is scheduled for March 19 (base date).
