UEFA Youth League. Shakhtar and Dynamo learned the names of their rivals in the 1/32 final

The draw for the first round of the UEFA Youth League of the 2020/2021 season has taken place, in which Ukraine will be represented by Shakhtar Donetsk and Dynamo Kyiv.

Both our teams will follow the path of the Champions League. This draw of the tournament will consist exclusively of one-match confrontations on relegation. According to the results of the draw of the 1/32 final, Shakhtar will play against Portuguese Porto at home, and Dynamo will host Spanish Barcelona at home. Matches of this stage will take place on March 2-3 this year.

Tournament scheme

As always, the UEFA Champions League will be followed by the teams of 32 clubs that took part in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League. The national champions will be followed by the winners of the national youth championships of the 32 best associations in the UEFA rankings, who did not get into the Champions League Path. In the stages of the 1nd and 32/1 finals, the teams will follow two different paths, which will then unite in the 16/1 finals.

Draw of the 1/16 finals: March 12, 2021 (10.00).

The draw for the 1/8 finals and the following stages: March 12, 2021 (17.00).

1/16 finals: April 6-7, 2021.

1/8 finals: April 20-21, 2021.

1/4 finals: May 4-5, 2021.

1/2 final (Kolovre Stadium, Nyon): May 17, 2021.

Final (Kolovre Stadium, Nyon): May 20, 2021.
