Futsal Champions League. Prodexim beat Inter in Spain, but dropped out of the tournament in a dramatic fight

In 1 /8 UEFA Champions League Final Final Representative of Ukraine, Kherson Prodexim, lost on the road to the Spanish "Inter".

On the way to this stage, the champion of Ukraine in the previous round passed the Northern Irish "Rosario" (28:1), and in the 1/16 finals knocked out the North Macedonian "Shkupi-1927" (5:1).

According to the results draw, in the 1/8 finals, Prodexim had to play against Inter, the five-time winner of the UEFA Cup (the predecessor of the UEFA Champions League). The Ukrainians held a one-match duel on the road in the Spanish city of Torrejón de Ardoz.

Kherson started the game well and was not inferior to the famous opponent. Dangerous blows were inflicted by Bila Tserkva and Roninho. The Spaniards responded with a powerful shot from Eric from a long distance. Later, the goalkeepers of both teams saved their goal after the blows of Rosa and Tripodi, respectively.

In the middle of the first half, the hosts took the initiative. And if Fernando himself neutralized Tsipun himself, then in the 16th minute no one prevented Saldis during the corner, and he opened the scoring in the match. Before the break, Prodexim could have won back, but Roninho hit the post after a great feint, and Rosa failed to close the shot after the guests drew in five fields.

In the second 20 minutes, both teams had much more moments. At first, Garcia coped with Shoturma's shot, after which the Spaniards dominated the field for some time. Within minutes, Tsypun made half a dozen saves, leaving Prodexim in the game. In the 31st minute, the Ukrainians managed a two-on-one counterattack, which Zvarych successfully completed and equalized the score.

Then the teams exchanged moments: Eric shot into the post after the out, and Rosa hit the goalkeeper from a killer position. In the 33rd minute, Borja put Inter ahead after a face-to-face with the goalkeeper, but immediately Kherson played back after a cunning outing from Shoturma, when Pito cut the ball into his own net. The guests again played five field games.

The last minutes of regular time were tense, the price of error increased, and the teams gave some cool moments. Unfortunately, Inter was more fortunate at the finish line. At the end of the match, Prodexim coach Andre Brocanello again decided to play in the field. During one of the attacks, Kherson made a mistake, and Cecilio sent the ball into the empty net. Later, the Spanish goalkeeper Garcia scored in an empty frame.

Thus, Kherson gave a fight to the formidable "Inter", but stopped their performance in the Champions League at the stage of 1/8 finals.
