In the return match of the playoffs of the Euro-2022 selection, Natalia Zinchenko's wards failed to level the advantage of the Northern Ireland team gained in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian national women's team was one of six teams competing for the remaining three tickets to the final Euro 2022 tournament in England. At the beginning of the second half of the game in the blue-yellows little came out, and in the 55th minute the Northern Irish managed to open the score. After the standard from the center of the field performed by Nelson, the captain of the rival team Callahan defeated Samson. Not without a mistake of the goalkeeper.

By the end of the match, the Ukrainians struck several shots in the direction of someone else's goal, but at least failed to equalize. In the 87th minute, after a foul of the last hope and a red card for Panzulai, the guests were left in the top ten. Having a numerical advantage, the islanders scored the second goal in the time compensated by the referee.

Having lost in both butt matches, the blue and yellows finished their performance in the qualifying round of Euro-2022.
