Translation into Ukrainian of the circular of the International Council of Football Associations regarding changes in the Rules of the Game for the season-2021/2022
It should be noted that the most significant changes have been made to Rule 12 ("Fouls and Misconduct") in terms of hand-to-hand play.
Another point to note is that certain non-violent misconduct will be considered "offensive, abusive or obscene" and will lead to removal.
We also draw your attention to the fact that the version of the Rules of the Game of 2021-2022 comes into force on July 1 of this year, and not, as usual, on June 1.
