At its meeting, the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association adopted a number of decisions.

For the third time, the UAF SCC granted the request of the President of FC "Olympic" (Donetsk) V. Gelzin to postpone the hearing due to his inability to participate in the meeting. The next hearing is scheduled for 9.30 on 29 April 2021. The UAF SCC notes that at the next meeting the case will be considered and a decision will be made even without the participation of V. Helsin or his representative.

The UAF SCC also ruled on the results of the racist scandal that took place during the match of the 14th round of the UPL between FC Zorya (Luhansk) and FC Desna (Chernihiv).

Taking into account the conclusions of the UAF Ethics and Fair Play Committee and the expert study of the State Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the UAF SCC came to a comfortable confidence in making discriminatory remarks by FC Desna (Chernihiv) goalkeepers Yu. Ovcharov. As a result, Ovcharova Yu. Was suspended from participating in the competition for 5 matches, and FC "Desna" (Chernihiv) is obliged to pay a mandatory cash contribution of UAH 150.

In addition, the UAF SCC considered the complaint of FC "Podillya" (Khmelnytsky) against the decision of the PFL to postpone the match of the 13th round of the second league of the PFL FC "Podillya" (Khmelnytsky) - FC "Epicenter" (Dunaivtsi) in connection with the spread of COVID -19 among FC Epicenter players. The UAF SCC closed the proceedings due to the fact that the body did not find any violations.
