Ukraine in the European Cups 2021/2022: scheme and schedule of clubs start
After the matches of the 23rd round, UPL decided champion of Ukraine of the 2020-2021 season. Along with the gold medals, Dynamo Kyiv received a direct ticket to the group round of the Champions League 2021/2022.
Next season, our association will be represented on the international arena by five clubs.
Thus, Dynamo, as the winner of the Premier League, already has a ticket to the main draw of the Champions League, and the club that wins silver will get to the third qualifying round of the Champions League. He will need to overcome the resistance of two opponents to get into the group. In case of failure at any stage, our representative will automatically go to the group round of the Europa League.
One club will represent Ukraine in the Europa League - in the playoff qualifying round. This right will be given to either the Cup winner (if it is "Zorya") or the bronze medalist of the UPL. In case of failure in the playoffs, he will automatically move to the group of the Conference League.
The country will have two delegates in the basic register of the League of Conferences. The third UPL team (or the fourth, depending on Zorya's performance in the championship and the Cup) will start in the third qualifying round, and the fourth (fifth) - in the second. Thus, our clubs will need to pass two and three opponents, respectively, to get to the main grid of LC.

Champions League
UPL Champion (Dynamo) starts in the group round.
The draw is on August 26, the first round is on September 14/15.
UPL Vice-Champion starts in the third qualifying round.
Draw - July 19, matches - 3/4 and August 10.
Europa League
Ukrainian Cup winner (third UPL team) starts in the playoff round.
The draw is on August 2, the matches are on August 19 and 26.
League of conferences
The third (fourth) UPL team starts in the third qualifying round.
The draw is on July 19, the matches are on August 5 and 12.
The fourth (fifth) UPL team starts in the second qualifying round.
The draw is on June 16, the matches are on July 22 and 29.
