Exams for Candidates for Permanent Intermediary Certificate will take place on June 24, 2021

On May 18, 2021, a meeting of the Committee on the Status and Transfer of Footballers was held, at which the date and procedure for conducting examinations for candidates for a permanent mediator's certificate were approved, as well as the requirements for candidates.

The exams will be held on June 24 2021 of the year. 

According to the developed procedure:

1. Exams are allowed to:

• Ukrainian citizens, who live in the territory of Ukraine for at least 3 years and have an impeccable reputation;
• natural persons-citizens of another country with a certificate of temporary / permanent residence on the territory of Ukraine, living on the territory of Ukraine for at least 3 years and having an impeccable reputation;
• individuals-citizens of another country, who have lived in Ukraine for at least 5 years and have an impeccable reputation.

2. Legal entities have the right to obtain a certificate of permanent intermediary (PE) by obtaining a permit for each individual who will conduct their activities on behalf of the legal entity. Only such person (s) will have the right to officially carry out mediation activities and sign on behalf of the legal entity the documents provided by the UAF Regulations on the activities of mediators.
3. Candidates until June 21, 2021 must provide the Examination Commission (Football House, office 312 or e-mail [email protected]) set the list of documents.
4. The commission decides on the admission of candidates to the exams and sets, if necessary, a date for an interview with the heads of legal entities (which informs the candidates directly).
5. In case of admission of a candidate to the examination, the Commission sends a corresponding letter of admission.
6. After obtaining admission to the exam, the candidate provides the Commission with confirmation of payment of the established mandatory monetary contribution (the candidate can pay for the relevant details of the UAF or directly to the UAF on the day of the exam).
7. At the exam, the candidate must have a passport.
8. The exam is conducted in the form of a test (in Ukrainian or Russian) with the ability to choose the answer from several options. The candidate must notify the Commission of the test in Russian by June 22, 2021.
9. Questions are formed from FIFA, UEFA and UAF documents relating to the activities of intermediaries.
10. The exam consists of 15 questions.
11. The minimum number of points required for passing the exams is 11. There is one point for each correct answer.

List of documents that a candidate must provide to the commission before 21 Worm 2021 Rock .

For individuals-citizens of Ukraine:

1. statement;
2. a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
3. copy of passport (if available);
4. a copy of the certificate of assignment of the identification code;
5. signed declaration of the mediator (Annex №1 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
6. autobiography;
7. certificate of residence;
8. copy of employment record book (if available);
9. certificate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the absence of a criminal record.

After obtaining admission to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer to the p / r UAF a mandatory monetary contribution of 40 hryvnias for the development of football. The cash contribution is paid only after obtaining admission to the exam.

For individuals-citizens of another country with a temporary / permanent residence permit in the territory of Ukraine, residing in the territory of Ukraine for at least 3 years:

1. statement;
2. a copy of the passport of a citizen of another country;
3. a copy of the certificate of temporary residence in Ukraine;
4. a copy of the certificate of assignment of the identification code;
5. signed declaration of the mediator (Annex №1 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
6. autobiography;
7. certificate of residence;
8. copy of employment record book (if available);
9. certificate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the absence of a criminal record.

After obtaining admission to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer to the p / r UAF a mandatory monetary contribution of 50 hryvnias for the development of football. The cash contribution is paid only after obtaining admission to the exam. 

For individuals-citizens of another country, living in the territory of Ukraine for at least 5 years: 

1. statement;
2. a copy of the passport of a citizen of another country;
3. a copy of the certificate of assignment of the identification code (if any);
4. signed declaration of the mediator (Annex №1 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
5. autobiography;
6. certificate of residence;
7. copy of employment record book (if available);
8. certificate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the absence of a criminal record.

After obtaining admission to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer to the p / r UAF a mandatory monetary contribution of 65 hryvnias for the development of football. The cash contribution is paid only after obtaining admission to the exam.

 For legal entities:

1. statement;
2. written consent of the legal entity represented by the candidate;
3. passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
4. copy of passport (if available);
5. certificate of assignment of identification code;
6. signed declaration of the mediator (Annex №1 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
7. signed declaration of the head of the legal entity (Annex №2 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
8. autobiography;
9. copy of employment record book (if available);
10. certificate of residence;
11. certificate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the absence of a criminal record;
12. brief information about the legal entity;
13. charter and other registration documents of the legal entity.

Additionally, if necessary, the interview with the heads of legal entities is held, the results of which are decided on the admission to the exams.

After obtaining admission to the exams, the candidate (or the legal entity on whose behalf he will carry out the activity) is obliged to transfer to the p / r UAF a mandatory monetary contribution of 50 hryvnias for the development of football.

The cash contribution is paid only after obtaining admission to the exam.
