SCC UAF suspended Vladislav Gelzin from football for five years and another five years probation
The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association has made a decision in the case of the president of FC "Olympic" (Donetsk) Vladislav Gelzin.
Having considered the statement of the UAF Ethics and Fair Play Committee regarding possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play by the President of FC "Olympic" (Donetsk) Gelzin VG, the UAF SCC decided:
1. Prohibit Gelsin VG carry out any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of 5 (five) years (for behavior that damages the reputation of football).
2. After serving the main sanction to prohibit Gelzin VG to carry out any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of 5 (five) years conditionally with the establishment of a probationary period of 2 (two) years.
3. To oblige Gelzin VG to pay a mandatory cash contribution in the amount of UAH 250 (two hundred and fifty thousand).
4. In accordance with the UAF Disciplinary Rules, this decision may be appealed to the UAF Appeals Committee.
