In a press conference after the match with the Netherlands (2: 3) together with Andriy Shevchenko the captain of the national team of Ukraine Andriy Yarmolenko took part.

- What are your impressions of the game?

- Of course, today was a difficult match. We understood who we were playing against. We had a serious, strong opponent. All the guys did the best, the coaching staff is satisfied with the dedication. It is a pity to lose such matches in the end.

- When the score became 0: 2, did you have any thoughts on how to avoid defeat?

- No, we did not think about a possible defeat. We thought about how to score a goal in return, and then equalize and turn the game around. We succeeded, we scored the first goal, then the second. Of course, to some extent we lacked experience, because we have a fairly young team. More experienced in such a situation would be better to trying to save the score. Well, let's learn from our mistakes. This will be a good lesson for us for the future.

- What can we expect from the match with North Macedonia?

- Good game in our performance. The coaching staff will choose the right tactics, analyze the opponent, point out our mistakes. We will prepare, we understand that in order to leave the group, we need to win.
