Nine clubs will play in the Ukrainian Futsal Extra-League in the 2021/2022 season

The draw ceremony of the calendar of the new season of the Ukrainian Futsal Championship among the teams of the Extra-League took place in the Football House, reports the Futsal Association of Ukraine.

Participation in the 2021/2022 season was confirmed by nine teams: Hurricane (Ivano-Frankivsk), Prodexim (Kherson), HIT (Kyiv), Energia (Lviv), Cardinal-Rivnestandard (Rivne) ), Sokil (Khmelnytskyi), Monolit / Viva Cup (Kharkiv), DE Trading (Mykolayivka) and AFFC Sumy (Sumy). Zhytomyr's InBev will not play in the new season, he told AFU in a letter. 

After the ceremony of drawing the calendar of the new season, the schedule of matches of the first round of the Extra-League became known.

The Championship of Ukraine among the teams of the Extra-League will begin on August 28, 2021. The first stage of the tournament will end with the matches of the 18th round, which is scheduled for January 8, 2022. The third round will last from February 12 to April 23, 2022. The start of the playoffs is scheduled for April 30.

In the event of Hurricane reaching the Final Four of the Champions League, the start of the first stage of the playoffs will be postponed for one week. In the quarterfinal stage of the playoffs, the series will be played to two victories of one of the teams. The semifinal and final series will take place until three victories of one of the teams. The series for the third place will last until two victories of one of the teams.
