The team of the National University of Defense of Ukraine won the XII International Sports Games "Officer Starts"

In the sports complex Of the National University of Defense of UkraineInternational competitions in seven sports were held for three days - mini-football, swimming, shot put with PM, table tennis, chess, badminton and billiards.

Representatives of the armed forces of Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Great Britain and the United States of America took part in the XII International Spartakiad "Officer Starts". Ukraine was represented at the competition by the national teams of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, types of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Defense University of Ukraine.

The first team place in the competition was won by the team of the hosts of the Games - the team of the National Defense University of Ukraine.

The participants of the final match in mini-football and all athletes were greeted by the First Vice-President of the Ukrainian Football Association Oleksiy Mykhailychenko, who, in particular, said: “Congratulations to all teams participating in traditional international competitions! The Ukrainian Football Association is always happy to support social and sports projects in which our defenders take part, and it is a great honor for me personally to be a guest of the Officers' Starts -2021 and award the best participants of competitions.
