"Open football lessons" in Novoarkhangelsk in the Kirovograd region

The Open Football Lessons project of the Ukrainian Football Association and the Football Development of Ukraine Charitable Foundation was continued in Novoarkhangelsk in the Kirovohrad Region, where it was organized by the Kirovohrad Regional Football Association and the local community.

This fall, a component of inclusive classes was included in the format of the football festival thanks to the synergy with the project of the International Charitable Foundation Parimatch Foundation "Yes, I can!".

The festival was attended by students of educational institutions of Novoarkhangelsk, who formed separate teams. The field of the stadium was divided into locations, where volunteers were assigned - experienced coaches-teachers of CYSS football, teachers of secondary schools of the village, a psychologist and representatives of the National Police of Ukraine.

Before the festival, the opening ceremony was attended by the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Football Association Viktor Bezsmertny, head of the Kirovohrad regional branch of the Committee on Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Oleksandr Shevchenko, village head Yuriy Shamanovsky, head of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports Olena Onyschenko and Iryna Kosenko, director of the Novoarkhangelsk NVK-gymnasium. During the opening, the silver medalists of the Kirovohrad Region Football Championship among amateur teams of the first league of the 2021 season were also awarded medals.

Children with great joy took part in football games, competitions, exercises for accuracy, speed, agility, learned the secrets of football with the help of their mentors - creative volunteers, whose leaders were Valery Butenko and Sergei Gorbachev.

At the end of the festival, after a joint photo, the children were treated to sweets.

We remind you that for the second year in a row the format of the "Open Football Lessons" has been adapted to the norms of the anti-epidemic regime and social distancing.
