The first local physical education teachers received UAF certificates and D-licenses, as well as sets of equipment in branded backpacks “Everything for a Football Lesson” and school football manuals for high-quality football lessons and other football events in their schools. They successfully completed free state courses according to the curriculum prepared by UAF specialists in accordance with the requirements of the New Ukrainian School and approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. It allows them to receive one credit under the European system of advanced training. In addition, UEFA has granted permission to participants who studied under a special football program specifically for school teachers to receive UAF football D-licenses.

The courses were organized within the framework of the UAF program by the Kherson Academy of Continuing Education (rector — Anatoliy Zubko, head of the department — Serhiy Moiseyev, methodologist — Olena Bardachova) and the Kherson Regional Football Association. The teachers were welcomed by the UAF program coordinator Yevheniy Stolitenko, HOAF executive director Oleksiy Krucher, HOAF deputy chairman Volodymyr Volodin, and regional program coordinator Oleksandr Bondarenko.

They, together with the teachers, noted that the UAF program will have many positive results for the physical and emotional development of children and will bring many benefits to schools implementing football.

We would like to add that this year, Rivne, Dnipropetrovsk, Luhansk (two streams of courses), Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Vinnytsia, and Kherson regions have already joined the UAF educational program for school teachers.
