From the point of view of playing practice, the first part of the club season-2021/2022 for the midfielder of "Atalanta" and the national team of Ukraine Ruslan Malinovsky turned out to be successful.

Of the 25 matches that the Bergamo club played in two tournaments, the Italian Serie A and the UEFA Champions League, our player took part in 22, missing one meeting due to disqualification (yellow card).

But if you look at Malinowski's standards, which he set before that, everything does not look so rosy - five goals and one assist. However, it is worth noting that last season Ruslan spun his goal mill after the New Year - or rather, in March-May 2021, when he hit the gates of rivals "Atalanta" seven times and nine times assisted partners.

Interestingly, in the same period last season, the Ukrainian had only one goal and three assists.
