A seminar for the students of National School of Football Referees took place in Kyiv
This week, the House of Football hosted the final seminar for the referees of the second year of the National School of Football Referees, which is governed by the UEFA Referee Committee under the UEFA Convention.
More than 100 of the best young referees from all over Ukraine have started at the NSFR since the beginning of their studies, but only half of the officials reached the final seminar and successfully passed all tests during the year - both theoretical (including English) and various practical FIFA fitness tests, holding matches of amateur teams, student competitions and Youth League). Before the event, the coordinator of the National School of Football Referees, UAF RC Deputy Chairman Serhiy Lysenchuk on behalf of the chairman of the committee Luciano Luci conveyed congratulations to the students and stressed the need for continuous training even in the off-season. UAF President Andrii Pavelko and Luciano Luci pay a lot of attention to future referees, so the best students of the course will soon have a chance to prove themselves in competitions among U-19 Premier League teams.

The participants of the seminar were treated by representatives of the Amateur Football Association of Ukraine and the Youth Football League of Ukraine with brief results of the autumn part of the competition. They noted the high level of match refereeing, but stressed the need to improve the performance of administrative responsibilities in technical terms. The participants of the seminar also listened to lectures by Serhiy Lysenchuk, Leonid Yarmolynskyi and Valerii Bakhur on the introduction of electronic reports in the future. In addition, the young referees devoted a lot of time to English and taking the test.

After the seminar, all graduates of the NSFA of the second year of study were awarded certificates of completion of the course, approved by the UAF Vice President and Secretary General Yurii Zapisotskyi and the UAF RC Chairman Luciano Luci.
