According to Volodymyr Zelensky, in particular, the Fund for the Restoration of Destroyed Property and Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Fund for Economic Recovery and Transformation, the Public Debt Service and Repayment Fund, and the Small and Medium Business Support Fund are being established.
