Defender of the national team of Ukraine Vitaliy Mykolenko shared his expectations from the match against the team of Scotland.

Blue-yellows continue preparation for the playoff matches of the 2022 World Cup and the League of Nations. Everton defender Vitaliy Mykolenko recently arrived at the national team and returned to the general team after a minor injury.

"I don't remember when I had two workouts a day, so I got a little tired. Ahead of us is a two-way game - training with increased responsibility. We will prepare for it as a full-fledged match, as this is the last sparring before the match against Scotland. So there will be a fight between the two teams.

We came here not to sunbathe, but to work and achieve the result we want. And we want to go to the World Cup.

Scotland is power football, standards, you could say, running back and forth. Good football, I love this. In England, in six months, I gained experience in such work, although we sometimes had to close and keep the score, not every game was like that. Let's see after the match if I needed my experience at Everton.

Regardless of the final score, I know that every player, every person from the medical staff, the press will be taught and do everything for the sake of victory, "Mykolenko said.
