Ukraine's U-19 youth national team reaches semifinals of tournament in Croatia

At the competitions in Croatia, the youth national team of Ukraine in U-19 futsal defeated Hungarian peers.

In preparation for the matches of the main qualifying round of Euro-2022 (U-19) in futsal, the youth national team of Ukraine participates in the international tournament Futsal Week U-19, which takes place in Porec, Croatia.

In the previous matches, the blue and yellows beat the team of Greenland (10:1) and drew with Japan (4:4). In the final match of Group B, our youth defeated Hungary - 5: 2. Goals in the national team of Ukraine were scored by Tkachuk (10), Smetanenko (17, 25) and Dychuk (18, 19).

The Blue and Yellows took the second place in the group, and now they will play against Spain in the semifinals. The game will take place on Saturday, June 25 (starting at 19.45 Kyiv time).

After the tournament in Croatia, the Ukrainians will go to the Moldovan Corescu, which is on July 7-10 will hold Group 6 matches of the main qualifying round of the European Championship. The rivals of our team will be the national teams of Andorra, Belgium and Moldova.
