The Ukrainian beach soccer team lost in the EuroLeague 2022 for the second time in a fierce fight

The Ukrainian national beach soccer team once again failed to score points in the selection for the EuroLeague 2022 Super Final, which is taking place in Nazare, Portugal.

After yesterday's defeat against Spain (1:4) blue-yellow team met with another very serious opponent — the Italian team. Squadra Azurra opened the scoring in the 8th minute with an effort by Emmanuele Zurlo. However, right before the break, our goalkeeper Andrii Nerush restored the balance with a wonderful shot - 1:1. 

However, in the middle of the second 12-minute period, thanks to Gabriele Hora, the Italians took the lead again. Even in the 21st minute, Dmytro Voytenko received a red card. Despite this, in the final period Yurii Shcheritsa again leveled the chances of the teams - 2:2. Andrii Borsuk found an answer to another goal scored by Hori in our national team, but the blue-yellow team didn't have enough strength to defend the goals of Marco Giordani and Marco Genovali.

In the end, the Ukrainian national team lost 3:5.
