Kateryna Monzul: the list of top matches of the Ukrainian referee is being replenished

For Ukrainian FIFA referee Kateryna Monzul, who together with Maryna Streltska on July 31 will judge the decisive match of the women's Euro-2022 England - Germany, it will be the first final of the continental championship, but not the first final in a busy international career. 

In 2014, the woman from Kharkiv worked on the final of the Women's Champions League between the Swedish "Tureso" and the German "Wolfsburg" (3:4). A year later, at her first World Cup, Monzul refereed the final, in which the USA defeated Japan 5:2. Let's also recall the fact that Kateryna performed the duties of the fourth referee at the final of the Women's Champions League "Wolfsburg" (Germany) - "Lyon" (France), which took place in Kyiv in 2018 (1:4).

And also in Kateryna Monzul's career are the semifinals of the European Championships (2013, Norway - Denmark - 1:1, pen. 4:2; 2017, Denmark - Austria - 0:0, pen. 3:0) and the Olympic Games (2020, USA) — Canada — 0:1).

In general, in the career of Monzul, there are many top matches of large forums. The Ukrainian successfully worked at the final tournaments of Euro-2009, Euro-2013, Euro-2017, Euro-2022, as well as at the World Cup-2015, World Cup-2019 and the Olympic Games-2016, Olympic Games-2020.  

Let's add that at Euro-2022 in England, Kateryna Monzul, together with Maryna Streltska, worked on the matches of the group tournament Spain - Finland (4:1), Austria - Norway (1:0) and the quarterfinals Sweden - Belgium (1:0). Monzul also acted as the fourth referee in the semi-final between England and Sweden (4:0).
